- By which the minimum strips of compulsory withdrawal or exclusion areas are determined, for the roads of the national road system, the national comprehensive road information system is created and other provisions are issued.
- By which Visual Outdoor Advertising is regulated in the national territory.
- By which the procedure and requirements are established to grant the authorization of location of automotive service stations on highways in charge of the nation.
- By which the procedure for the procedure and granting of permits for temporary occupation is established through the construction of accesses, pipelines, public service networks, pipelines, works intended for road safety, transfer of posts, crossing electrical networks of high, medium or low voltage, in the national road infrastructure of concessioned roads.
- By which special measures are issued on withdrawal belts on the roads of the National Road System, in accordance with Law 1228 of 2008.
